This meditation is recommended for kids age 8-13. It is designed to do first thing in the morning, preferably while still in bed. We will identify and release some of the thoughts from yesterday. We will check in with our bodies, how do they feel, and then investigate how we want to feel. We will finish with visualization tools to carry with us during the day to achieve the state of mind we desire.
