Let’s re-stablize the systems of the body through core and grounding strength. These days we spend a lot of time trying to make the right choices for our health and our family’s health. To mask or not, to vaccinate or not, to eat meat or not, which vitamins to take and what exercises to do. What does this amount of pressure do to our mental, nervous, spiritual system? Let’s slow down, breath and stabilize from ground to core and release unneeded stress. (Place a mat nearby at bedtime.)
